Christine graduated from Bradley University in May 2013 with a BS degree in Dietetics. She grew up in a military family and has lived in Alaska, Texas, Arizona, Missouri, Virginia, Maryland, and Illinois. Her family has a great appreciation for healthy food, and her parents and three siblings all enjoy cooking. In college she met many people who believed it was impossible to find healthy food that tasted delicious. She became a dietetics major in order to teach every one that healthy food can taste fantastic when you experience all the different possibilities. She began pursuing this vision taking as many marketing classes as she had time for in her busy schedule so she would be able to market her view of nutrition to the general population. At Proctor Hospital she aided many patients in their meal selections. She is passionate about reaching the lives of others by introducing them to a new and enjoyable healthy lifestyle. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her friends, making sushi, traveling, dancing, visiting beaches and lakes, and sitting on porches.
